UMC is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist in Monticello, MN to join our privately owned manufacturing team. You will set up machines, operate with precision, perform in-process inspections, and keep thorough logs to support production goals and safety.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Senior Machinists to implement process improvements, train others, and uphold UMC's values of Great People, Going Beyond, and Growing in a demanding, team-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Two-year certificate in machine trades preferred.
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with CMM and VCMM.

Responsabilidades

• Set up machines for various jobs and document setup.
• Operate machines safely and inspect parts to spec.
• Suggest and implement process improvements with Eng.
• Troubleshoot with Supervisors and Senior Machinists.
• Maintain detailed machine logs and inspection records.
• Train other machinists and ensure safety practices.
