ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machinist in Grand Island to join the production team. You will independently operate CNC equipment, set up for production, and read blueprints to meet quality specifications. Leadership duties include mentoring operators and supporting daily workflow.

The role requires 1–2 years of machine operating experience, ability to program CNC machines from drawings, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Overtime may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of machine operating experience.
• Ability to program CNC machines from drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, thread dimensions, and manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work overtime or alternate shifts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Independently operate, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC and manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines for production requirements and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T specifications, and manufacturing documents to produce parts to quality standards.
• Mentor and train machine operators while assisting supervisors with daily production workflow and quality initiatives.
• Monitor production processes, maintain accurate documentation, and report all safety and quality concerns.
