The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of machine operating experience, can read blueprints and GD&T, and is capable of mentoring other operators while maintaining documentation.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience may substitute.
• 1-2 years machine operating experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to program CNC machines from drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and GD&T specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Independently operate, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC and manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines for production requirements and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T specifications, and manufacturing documents to produce parts to quality standards.
• Mentor and train machine operators while assisting supervisors with daily production workflow and quality initiatives.
• Monitor production processes, maintain accurate documentation, and report all safety and quality concerns.
