ManpowerGroup client in Grand Island is seeking a Machinist to join the Production Department. You will independently operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment, set up machines and read blueprints to ensure parts meet quality standards.

You will mentor operators, support daily production workflow, and document processes while maintaining safety and quality commitments. Competitive hourly pay aligns with experience.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to program CNC machines from drawings and blueprints.
• Leadership skills to mentor and train operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC equipment to produce high‑quality parts.
• Set up machines for production and perform preventative maintenance.
• Read GD&T blueprints and manufacturing docs to meet quality standards.
• Mentor operators and support daily workflow and quality initiatives.
• Monitor processes, document accurately, and report safety/quality concerns.
