The position is on 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., with opportunities to contribute to 6S and continuous improvement initiatives in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret part drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to multitask and operate multiple machines.
• Reliability and teamwork in a production setting.

Aufgaben

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce quality parts.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Load and unload parts safely and efficiently; verify with measuring instruments.
• Document quality and inspection records; ensure process control and SPC.
• Maintain shift handoffs and meet production and cycle-time targets.
• Participate in 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.
