Responsibilities include in-process inspection, setup, and running production across multiple machines; a strong background in G/M codes and shop math is essential. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Load and secure fixtures with minimal assistance.
• Knowledge of G and M codes for offsets and CNC programs.
• Read basic prints and apply dimensional specifications.
• 2-4 years of machining experience; GED or HS diploma preferred.

Aufgaben

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines (PPE and equipment interaction).
• Use sample parts, blueprints, and schematics to determine method and order.
• Protect machines and product by following processes and safe transport.
• Maintain product quality by adjusting CNC offsets as needed.
• Perform in-process inspection and record measurements.
• Perform first article and buyoff.
• Perform setup operations including fixtures, tools and CNC programs.
• Run production on multiple machines (primary & secondary).
• Other duties as assigned
