Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a level two Machinist to operate CNC machine cells and standalone machines. You will perform basic setups, load fixtures, adjust offsets, and run programs to achieve on-rate production and quality.

Proficiency with inspection tools and adherence to safety standards is required. The role requires 2–3 years CNC lathe experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong reading/writing in English.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years CNC lathe experience or equivalent
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Ability to read and write in English, including blueprints and work instructions

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC machine equipment to meet quality standards.
• Sets up machines by loading fixtures, tools, and programs and adjusting offsets.
• Reads and follows CNC programs, starts/stops programs correctly.
• Loads materials and unloads parts after operation.
• Performs machine upkeep and keeps tools and surfaces clean and maintained.
