TECOMET is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience to produce precision machined parts, set up CNC machines, and follow engineering drawings while maintaining GMP/GDP and safety standards.

You will perform tool changes, measure parts with calipers and gauges, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• Production environment experience preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Math and English is desirable (UK only).

Mansioni

• Operate and set up CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC work including progressive machining of various parts and metals with close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets for tooling wear.
• Ensure product quality using OOQ standards and measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance per daily checklist and PM schedule.
• Follow GMP/GDP and maintain accurate job records and documentation.
