Tecomet is seeking a CNC Machinist II in Delray Beach, FL to operate and set up CNC machines, perform progressive machining, and ensure quality per drawings and OOQ standards. The role emphasizes GMP/GDP compliance, proper record-keeping, and safety responsibility.

Required are 3+ years in CNC machining and a High School diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree or Machinist apprenticeship preferred. Strong math, reading drawings, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC machining experience.
• Associates degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining preferred.
• Experience in a production environment is preferred.
• UK-specific GCSE/NVQ Math and English desirable (UK only).

Responsabilités

• Operate and set up CNC machines within specified tolerances per work instructions and drawings.
• Progressive machining of a variety of parts and metals with close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and adjust for wear as needed.
• Ensure product quality by following operator owned quality standards and using measuring equipment.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and PM checks.
• Follow GMP/GDP procedures and complete job routers/cards.
• Maintain safe working practices and identify safety issues.
• Record activities on the job tracking system and support continuous improvement.
