Precision Castparts Corp. in Dillon, SC is seeking a Level Two Machinist to operate 2-5 axis CNC/machining cells, perform basic setup, and work with automated software systems. The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and teamwork in a high-performance environment.

Typical duties include fixture/tool changes, program offsets, and coordinating with shift teams. Requires 2–4 years' experience, and ability to read prints and perform dimensional checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNC operator/machinist diploma or certification preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience operating CNC mills or lathes; prior military experience or technical degree/certification.

Responsabilités

• Position is a Friday, Saturday & Sunday position from 6am to 6pm.
• Operate CNC/machining cells and set up fixtures/tools for automated line.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and quality processes; perform in-process inspections.
• Prepare machines for line changeovers and perform troubleshooting with automated systems.
• Maintain 6S standards and clean, organized work area.
