Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a skilled Machinist for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm) at our US NC Wilson site. You will read blueprints, set up machines, and fabricate metal components to tight tolerances. The role requires 1 year of manual/CNC machining experience and GD&T knowledge.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent with 1 year of related experience.
• Prior manual and CNC machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and specifications for operation and tolerances.
• Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts using machining equipment.
• Measure materials and select appropriate machines for processes.
• Perform machining setups and adjust as needed.
• Conduct inspections and maintain quality records.
