Job summary

The candidate should have a HS diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience and must be willing to obtain PIT certification.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be willing to obtain certification to operate a powered industrial vehicle.
• Must be able to work in a standing position up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and Operate multiple CNC Machine Centers, machining of complex fiberglass products.
• Maintain a teamworking mindset and safe work practices.
• Maintain proper condition of measuring instruments and tooling.
• Meet or exceed required output hours and FPY targets.
• Identify opportunities for program and work-holding improvements.
• Communicate with co-workers and supervisor to coordinate activities.
• Maintain a clean and hazard free work cell and follow EHS guidelines.
