Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist II for a client in Virginia Beach, VA. The role involves setting up and operating multi-pallet CNC equipment, inspecting precision-machined parts, and adjusting tooling to meet quality specs.

You will read G-code/M-code, troubleshoot Fanuc alarms, and perform basic machine maintenance. Joyful emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Strong CNC setup and machine operation experience.
• Experience with tool setting, tooling offsets, and tool life management.
• Ability to read and understand G-code.
• Experience troubleshooting Fanuc error codes.
• Strong experience using gauges and precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with Renishaw probing operations preferred.
• Experience with CMM, grinders, drill presses, deburring or related machining processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist II to join our the team for a client in Virginia Beach, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating multi-pallet CNC equipment, inspecting precision-machined parts, making tooling adjustments, troubleshooting machine/tooling issues, and ensuring finished parts meet required quality specifications.

Pay: $25.00–$29.00/hr. + 7.5% shift differential upon transition to 2nd Shift

Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM; Friday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Training Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM for approximately 90 days
