The position offers 2nd shift with potential training on 1st shift, and a compensation range of $25.00–$29.00 per hour plus shift differential, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience operating CNC machining equipment, including tool setting and gauging.
• Ability to read G-code required.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and inspecting machined components required.
• Intermediate understanding of G-code and M-code required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-pallet CNC machining cells according to established processes.
• Perform visual and complete dimensional inspections of machined parts.
• Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments (calipers, gauges).
• Make minor tooling offset adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Control and monitor the tool life management system.
• Read and interpret G-code and M-code used in CNC operations.
• Maintain responsibility for part quality and support continuous improvement.
