Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking skilled CNC Machinists for second and third shifts at our Greenville, SC facility. Join a growing aerospace manufacturer committed to quality and ongoing skill development. Training will be provided on first shift as needed, and prior EDM exposure is a plus.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and CNC experience reading blueprints and setup instructions. Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who work well independently are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and work independently.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNC operating experience required; relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
• Basic understanding of machining processes and inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Stable work history and willingness to learn.
• EDM experience is a plus, but not required — training will be provided.

Schedules available: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Training initially takes place on 1st shift.
