Tech Talent Express is hiring CNC Machinists in Agawam, MA, with positions at Machinist I, II, and III. Earn $24–$45 per hour across 1st and 2nd shifts, with a 20% shift differential on the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC machines, reading blueprints, inspecting parts with precision tools, and collaborating with production, Engineering, Quality, and CNC programming teams. Education options include a high school diploma or equivalent and a 2-year technical

Qualifications

• Machinist I: Entry-level CNC experience; read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Machinist II: 2+ years CNC experience; operate equipment, make adjustments, troubleshoot, and produce parts to spec.
• Machinist III: 3+ years CNC experience; advanced setup, troubleshooting, and CNC programming; G-code knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Make tool changes, offsets, and machining adjustments.
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow safety and quality requirements.
• Work closely with production, Engineering, Quality, and CNC programming teams.
