Qualifications

• Machinist III: 3+ years CNC experience; advanced setup, troubleshooting, and CNC programming; G-code knowledge preferred.

We are hiring CNC Machinists at multiple experience levels in Agawam, MA. Opportunities are available on 1st and 2nd shift depending on level.

Open Positions & Pay

• CNC Machinist I: $24–$29/hr | 1st Shift
• CNC Machinist II: $29–$34/hr | 1st & 2nd Shift
• CNC Machinist III: $34–$45/hr | 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift: Additional 20% shift differential

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Make tool changes, offsets, and machining adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow safety and quality requirements
• Work closely with production, Engineering, Quality, and CNC programming teams

Qualifications

Experience requirements will vary based on level:

Machinist I: Entry-level/junior CNC machining experience and ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

Machinist II: 2+ years of CNC machining experience with the ability to operate equipment, make adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and produce parts to specification.

Machinist III: 3+ years of CNC machining experience with advanced setup, troubleshooting, and CNC programming experience. Knowledge of G-code and CAM software is preferred.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-year technical certification or equivalent hands‑on experience preferred
