Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and follow safety protocols to produce components per specifications.
• Read blueprints, measurements, and working instructions; maintain logs and records.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.; report deviations.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance, tool changes, and adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to meet production goals and maintain quality.
