Job summary

PROSYS FILL LLC in Webb City, MO is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator for first shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm, Mon–Fri) with overtime as needed. You will set up and run CNC and manual equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure precision through inspections. A strong quality focus and teamwork are essential for success.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of machinist experience, Mazak programming preferred, and proficiency with CNC machines, lathes, mills, and grinders. Safety and quality come first.

Qualifications

• 3 years of machinist experience preferred.
• Mazak programming experience preferred or familiarity.
• Proficient in operating CNC machines, lathes, mills and grinders.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor machining processes and adjust for precision.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot, service and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
