Job summary

ProSys Fill, LLC in Webb City, Missouri, is seeking a skilled Machinist for the second shift to setup and operate CNC and manual equipment. You will interpret blueprints, monitor processes, and perform quality inspections to ensure precision and safety.

The ideal candidate has proven machinist experience (3+ years), familiarity with Mazak programming, and strong skills in operating CNC lathes, mills, and grinders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machinist (3 years preferred).
• Mazak programming experience preferred.
• Proficient in operating CNC machines, lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to work well with others in all departments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure precision.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot, service, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in 5S and Lean activities as required.
• Self-motivated and ability to work well with others in all departments.
