Acero Precision, Inc. is hiring CNC Setup & Production Machinists in West Chester, PA to operate advanced multi-axis machines and produce precision medical components.

You will read blueprints, select tooling, set offsets, and perform first-piece and final inspections in a climate-controlled facility. We seek candidates with at least 2 years of CNC experience, the ability to independently setup/run CNC equipment, and proficiency with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and metrology gear.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to independently set up and operate CNC equipment.
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, and process docs.
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and metrology tools.
• Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC machining equipment.
• Read blueprints and process documentation to confirm specs.
• Select tooling and adjust offsets as needed.
• Verify dimensions with precision measuring tools.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Maintain tolerances and surface finishes to spec.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
