Job summary

Acero Precision, Inc. is hiring a CNC Setup & Production Machinist to operate Mazak and multi-axis machines in a quality-focused ISO-regulated facility in West Chester, PA.

You will read blueprints, select tooling, set offsets, and conduct inspections to ensure tight tolerances and high-quality finishes. Experience with Mazak Integrex/Variaxis is valued, with substantial overtime opportunities and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment.
• Experience with multi-axis CNC machining.
• Strong interpretation of blueprints and drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate Mazak and multi-axis CNC equipment.
• Read blueprints and process documentation.
• Install tooling and set offsets.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Maintain tight tolerances and high surface finishes.
• Monitor performance; troubleshoot issues.
• Identify improvements to cycle times and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping.
