Acero Precision is hiring skilled CNC Machinists who want to work with advanced multi-axis machining technology while producing precision medical device components used in life-changing applications. West Chester, PA is our base and you will setup and operate Mazak, Swiss, and other CNC equipment in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation.
• Select tooling and perform offset adjustments.
• Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities.
