Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in West Chester, PA is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to operate advanced multi-axis machines and produce precision medical device components. This is a 100% onsite role across shifts.

We expect candidates with 2+ years of CNC experience, capable of setup, reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and maintaining strict tolerances. Competitive hourly pay with 2nd/3rd shift differentials is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints and process documentation.
• Select tooling and perform offset adjustments.
• Verify dimensions with precision measuring equipment.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
