Job summary

ARCH Global Precision in Quakertown, PA is seeking a CNC Machinist to manufacture surgical instrument components on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines. You will operate lathes, mills, wire EDM, and contribute to high-precision production in a team setting.

Openings exist on 1st and 2nd shifts with competitive pay, overtime potential, and a strong safety culture. Prior HAAS/TRAK/Heidenhain experience is a plus, and formal precision machining training is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and setting up CNC Mills or Lathes
• Reading blueprints including GD&T tolerancing
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges and height gauges

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, wire EDM and multi-axis machines
• Set up jobs from setup sheets or CAM programs
• Inspect parts and adjust offsets to meet tolerances
• Develop and document repeatable production processes
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area
