Regal Rexnord in Twinsburg, Ohio is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and set up CNC lathes and mills in a busy work-cell. You will follow blueprints, process sheets, and tool setups to produce precision components to tight tolerances.

Familiarity with live tooling and relaying programs between machines is required. The ideal candidate has at least five years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong math and blueprint-reading abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathe and CNC mill machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and process sheets.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
• English proficiency required for instructions and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills in a work-cell environment.
• Modify or create CNC programs as needed and verify tooling setups.
• Inspect own work for dimensions; maintain quality and safety standards.
• Enter data into ERP system and support process improvements.
