• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with CNC setup and operation is required.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate CNC machines (lathes/mills) to produce parts.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and fixtures; adjust machine controls for accuracy.
• Inspect completed parts and report defects; perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; comply with safety standards.
