Job summary

Cutting Dynamics, LLC in Avon, Ohio, part of the Re:Build family, seeks a Machine Operator to operate CNC machinery and fabricate parts for aerospace and other industries.

The role requires 1-3 years of vertical or horizontal CNC milling experience, a high school diploma, blueprint reading, and proficiency with calipers, height gauges, and micrometers. Second shift 2:15–10:45 PM; five days a week.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with vertical or horizontal CNC milling.
• Second shift availability (5 days, 8 hour shifts, 2:15–10:45 PM).
• Must read blueprints and use calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
• English fluency required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load and run product into the CNC machine.
• Performs daily maintenance on equipment and cleans work area after each shift.
• Performs manual deburring and inspects parts per routing document.
• Completes reports and paperwork; records inspection data.
• Communicates with supervisors and shop personnel to resolve machining or quality issues.
• Follows quality system procedures and maintains clean, safe workspace.
• Safeguards company, customer and supplier property; manages records.
