Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Machinist at our Avon, OH facility. You will operate CNC milling machines to fabricate parts, work on 2nd shift and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.

The role requires 1–3 years of vertical/horizontal milling experience, blueprint reading skills, and proficiency with precision measuring tools. We value safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced aerospace-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with vertical or horizontal CNC milling.
• Must read blueprints and use calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load and run product into the CNC machine.
• Performs daily maintenance and keeps work area clean.
• Performs deburring and inspection; records results.
• Completes reports and associated paperwork.
• Communicates with supervision and shop personnel to resolve issues.
• Follows Quality Management System procedures and forms.
