Job summary

Re Build, located in Avon, OH, is seeking a Machine Operator to CNC mill parts for aerospace and other industries. The role requires operating CNC machinery, following routing documents, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of vertical/horizontal CNC milling experience, reads blueprints, and can use calipers and micrometers. The position is on 2nd shift with a 5-day workweek and overtime available.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years of experience with Vertical/Horizontal CNC Milling.
• Shift is 2nd: 5 day work week, 8 hour shifts, 2:15-10:45PM.
• Must read blueprints and use calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, load and run product into the CNC machine.
• Performs daily maintenance on equipment and cleans work area after each shift.
• Performs manual deburring operations as needed.
• Follows Process Routing Document and records results of inspection.
• Completes reports and other paperwork.
• Communicates with management and shop personnel to resolve machining or quality issues.
• Follows all Quality Management System procedures and work instructions.
• Safeguards company, customer, and supplier property.
• Manages assigned records as owner.
