Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator for our Avon, Ohio facility to run CNC milling operations on aerospace parts. You will set up, load and run parts, perform daily maintenance, and document inspections with calibrated tools.

The role requires 1–3 years of CNC milling experience, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with calipers, height gauges, micrometers. A high school diploma or GED and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with Vertical/Horizontal CNC Milling.
• Read blueprints and use calipers, height gauges and micrometers.
• Proficient in drilling, turning and tapping operations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, load and run product into the CNC machine.
• Perform daily maintenance on equipment and clean work area after each shift.
• Perform manual deburring as needed.
• Follow routing documents and record inspection results legibly.
• Complete reports and related paperwork.
• Communicate with management and shop personnel to resolve issues.
• Adhere to Quality Management System procedures and forms.
• Safeguard company, customer, and supplier property.
• Manage assigned records as owner.
