Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Must be able to set up, program, and operate CNC equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Machine parts to blueprints and specifications, within tolerances.
• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC tools with precision and efficiency.
• Select and secure fixtures, tools, and materials for machining.
• Maintain and inspect cutting tools for sharpness and usability.
• Edit CNC programs to optimize processes and quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve production methods and equipment performance.
