Job summary

DRT Holdings, LLC is seeking a CNC Machinist I to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers to manufacture precision aerospace components in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work 1st or 2nd shift with a 15% differential, perform tool offsets, read blueprints, GD&T, and maintain quality records while adhering to safety and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T.

Responsibilities

DRT Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist I to join our team. In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers to manufacture precision aerospace components in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Shift(s) Available:

1st Shift | Monday–Thursday| 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift | Monday– Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
• Perform tool offsets, adjustments, and minor program edits
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Maintain production documentation and quality records
• Follow safety procedures and support 5S initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
• Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment and G-code
• Ability to perform machine setups with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP standards preferred
• Waterjet experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
