Job summary

Pentair is seeking a CNC Machinist for the Ashland, OH facility on the 2nd shift. You will perform setup, teardown, and operations on CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications. Training will occur across multiple production areas, with mentoring on best practices.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, ability to read GD&T, stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and steel-toed footwear. The position offers competitive hourly pay and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 to 5 years' experience doing the tasks listed above.
• Must be able to read Blueprints and GD&T
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist at the waist.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.
• Steel-toed footwear is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup/teardowns and operations on a range of machines: CINCINNATI MILACRON/CINTURNS, CNC 4-Axis
• Receive on the job training and mentoring on Pentair's proven best practices.
• Make tool adjustments and replacements as necessary.
• Produce quality parts to specification which may include deburring and cleaning parts.
• Perform quality checks as required, including first piece inspection.

We have an opportunity for a CNC Machinist to join our Ashland, OH, team. You will perform a range of duties at the manufacturing facility. Training will be done for multiple production areas, and you could see yourself learning a range of manufacturing support skills.

You will:

• Perform setup/teardowns and operations on a range of machines: CINCINNATI MILACRON/CINTURNS, CNC 4-Axis
• Receive on the job training and mentoring on Pentair's proven best practices.
• Make tool adjustments and replacements as necessary.
• Produce quality parts to specification which may include deburring and cleaning parts.

• Perform work productively according to established standard rates.

Compensation: The hourly pay for this role is $28.54/hour.

Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday

Overtime required as needed.
