Pentair plc is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for the Ashland, OH facility. You will support material flow, build sub-assemblies, and assist across production areas.

The role operates 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm) with potential overtime and wage progression after training. Benefits include holidays, vacation, health and retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in a variety of areas/departments.
• Must be flexible to support any area of production/distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing/distribution experience preferred.
• Stand-up reach (PIT) experience highly desired.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach and twist at the waist.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.

Responsibilities

We have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Operator to join our Ashland, OH, team. You will perform a range of duties at the manufacturing facility. Training will be done for multiple production areas, and you could see yourself learning a range of manufacturing support skills. You will:

Compensation: The hourly pay for this role is $22.36/hour. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm. Overtime required as needed.
