Responsibilities

• Utilize Mastercam to program 3-axis CNC milling machines.
• Operate manual machines such as lathes, millers, and drill presses as needed.
• Collaborate with Design, Cost, and Process Engineering teams.
• Inspect and evaluate equipment and products using tools, calipers, and measurement devices.
• Follow documentation and reporting standards to ensure accurate data recording and escalation.
• Communicate effectively across departments to troubleshoot issues.
• Support company LEAN and High Performance Team initiatives to promote a strong company culture.
• Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Use appropriate PPE for designated areas.

Minimum Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency required.
• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 4+ years of hands-on machine shop experience or related education and training preferred.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Effective organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
