Join to apply for the CNC Machinist role at M.C. Molds Inc.

Requirements

• Must be able to set up and run 3 and/or 5 axis CNC machining centers.
• A minimum of 2 full years of CNC machining experience using Heidenhain, Fanuc, and/or Hurco controls.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Understanding of GD&T fundamentals.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of fixture and jig practices.
• Willing to work overtime and on weekends when needed.
• Knowledge of proper speeds and feeds for machining various materials.
• Ability to run multiple CNC machines simultaneously.
• Experience with horizontal CNC milling machines is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Download CNC programs to controllers.
• Set up and operate 3-axis and/or 5-axis vertical CNC milling machines.
• Create and edit CNC programs at the controller as needed.
• Collaborate with the CNC programming department to optimize processes for mold components.
• Inspect parts during and after manufacturing using measurement tools.
