LaBine and Associates is seeking a responsible CNC Machinist for their key manufacturing client located in Westborough, Massachusetts. The role involves reading blueprints and customer specifications to efficiently set up, operate, and adjust CNC Star Swiss Lathes, with experience in G-Code editing being a plus.

Key responsibilities include performing inspections of machined parts using gauges, calipers, and micrometers, changing offsets and tools, and carrying out preventative maintenance on machines to maximize their performance.

Job Description:

• Reads and Studies Blueprints and Customer Specifications to best perform Setup, Operations and Adjustments of CNC Star Swiss Lathes. G-Code edit experience is a plus.
• Performs Inspections of self-machined parts (First Piece & In-Process)
• Candidates will perform Inspection of their produced parts using Gauges, Calipers, Micrometers, etc.
• Responsible for Changing Offsets and Tools, Performing G-Code Edits and Preventative Maintenance of Machines
• Candidate is required to Setup Machines to achieve their full capabilities.
