Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking CNC Swiss Lathe Machinists for a 1st shift, full-time position. The role involves setup, operation, and adjustments of CNC Star Swiss Lathes, with emphasis on interpreting blueprints and customer specifications to ensure first-piece and in-process quality.

Ideal candidates have multiple years of setup experience and can work independently or as part of a team, with aerospace experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Reads and studies blueprints and customer specifications to set up, operate, and adjust CNC Star Swiss lathes.
• Performs inspections of self-machined parts (First Piece & In-Process).
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Reads and studies blueprints and customer specifications to best perform setup, operations and adjustments of CNC Star Swiss Lathes. G-Code edit experience is a plus.

Position: CNC Swiss Lathe Machinists

Shift: 1st Type: Full-Time Mode:Temp to Hire /DP

Industry: Manufacturing

Our client is looking for a responsible CNC Swiss Lathe Machinists and is a DP positionwith our key manufacturing client. To be considered for this role, you will need 3+ years of experience ; Aerospace experience preferred.

Job Description:

• Reads and Studies Blueprints and Customer Specifications to best perform Setup, Operations and Adjustments of CNC Star Swiss Lathes. G-Code edit experience is a plus.
• Performs Inspections of self-machined parts (First Piece & In-Process)
• Candidates will perform Inspection of their produced parts using Gauges, Calipers, Micrometers, etc.
• Responsible for Changing Offsets and Tools, Performing G-Code Edits and Preventative Maintenance of Machines
• Candidate is required to Setup Machines to achieve their full capabilities.

Requirements

• 2 Years: Setup Experience | 2 Years: Swiss Lathe Machines
• Tool Making Experience (Preferred)
• Ability to work Independently and in a Team Environment
