Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience with CNC setup and operation.
  • Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds and speeds, and tooling selection.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
  • Understanding of GD&T and tolerances.
  • Ability to troubleshoot machining and quality issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Identify machining problems and troubleshoot issues involving tooling, dimensions, and machine operation.
  • Maintain production quality and meet established production schedules.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper use of PPE.
  • Document production, inspection results, and machine issues as required.
