CNC Machinist

2971 SE Salem Ave, Albany, OR 97321, USA / Full-Time

About the Job:

Wright Prototype is looking for a CNC Machinist with programming experience in Albany, OR.

This position offers:

1. $20 to $30 an Hour DOE.
2. Clean work environment.
3. Mastercam 2022.
4. Bi-Weekly pay with optional direct deposit.
5. Day shift, Mon - Friday, with occasional overtime.
6. We offer paid holidays, accrued personal time off.
7. 401 K with Match.
8. Medical, Dental, Vision.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

1. Programmer/Machinist CNC 3 Axis Mills CAD/CAM experience preferred, Mastercam preferred.
2. Must be able to check the parts. This requires a solid grasp of micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices.
3. Programming experience is a must.
4. Experience a PLUS but not required to operate lathe grinders and other standard tool room equipment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work within the .001 tolerance range.
6. Knowledge of materials used in the fabrication of tools.
7. Knowledge of precision inspection practices, hand tools, and equipment.
8. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and tool drawings.
9. Planning and work organization skills.
10. Communication skills.
