Job Description

McWilliams Forge, established in the 1880s and acquired by PCC in 2008, supports the aerospace industry by servicing local and regional aircrafts. We are seeking a Machinist experienced with turning machines. The role involves setting up and operating various machines, including milling, turning, drilling, and grinding, with an emphasis on working to close tolerances from drawings with minimal guidance.

Shift Details

First Shift: 6:00 am - 2:15 pm

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up machines for machining operations
• Operate machines to perform required tasks from drawings
• Check work using measuring equipment
• Manipulate workpieces using overhead lifting equipment

Experience & Education Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years manufacturing experience
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Experience with CNC machining
• Knowledge of CNC setup
