$25.00 - $35.00/hour

Hours:

4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Monday - Friday)

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

1. Start the machine and perform start-up inspection
2. Ensure proper gauging is used for the job
3. Read and understand blueprints
4. Produce high precision components according to the blueprint and rates
5. Perform all necessary part inspection using gauging instruments specified in the inspection sheet
6. Perform necessary statistical process control
7. Clean workstation, check machine fluid levels, and refill as needed
8. Understand company software and other related operating systems
9. Follow established safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involved

Requirements for CNC Machinist:

• Experienced CNC Operator with 5 years of hands-on machining in a production environment
• Proficient in reading blueprints, setting up and operating CNC mills/lathes, and performing routine maintenance
• Strong understanding of G-code, tooling, and quality control procedures
• Skilled in maintaining tight tolerances, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring production efficiency
• Holds a high school diploma and has completed on-the-job training in CNC operations and safety protocols
