We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine programming, troubleshooting, equipment calibration, and precision measurement. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive salary package and a chance to be part of a collaborative and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for:

1. Programming and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
2. Interpreting complex technical blueprints and mechanical drawings.
3. Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining all equipment involved in the production process.
4. Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
5. Conducting quality tests and inspections on all products to ensure they meet the necessary specifications.
6. Ensuring that all machines are cleaned and lubricated regularly to maintain their efficiency.
7. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations within the workplace.
8. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions for complex design problems.
9. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
