Job Description

McWilliams Forge, established as a family-owned company in the 1880s and acquired by PCC in 2008, has been steadily growing, supporting the aerospace industry with local and regional aircraft support.

Position: Machinist (Third Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:15 am)

We are seeking a machinist experienced with turning machines. Responsibilities include setting up and operating various machines such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding, with the ability to work to close tolerances from drawings with minimal guidance.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up machines for machining operations
• Operate machines to perform required operations based on drawings
• Inspect work using measuring equipment
• Handle workpieces using overhead lifting equipment

Experience & Education

• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Willingness to learn
• Experience with CNC machining
• Knowledge of CNC setup
