Job summary

Adecco is hiring immediate CNC Machinists in Pierceton, IN. You will assist with machine setup, operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, and apply GD&T to produce quality parts.

This 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) offers weekly pay and overtime, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

0–2 years machining experience preferred; High School Diploma or GED required; able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs; strong teamwork skills.

CNC Machinist (Pierceton, IN)

Adecco is hiring immediately for CNC Machinists at a local client in Pierceton, IN. CNC Machinists do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $25.00/hr, plus available overtime. In this role, you will assist with machine setup, operate CNC equipment, maintain tooling, and produce high-quality parts in accordance with quality and ISO standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of machining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of machining principles and manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately inspect products, materials, or components and identify defects, variations, or quality issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly push/pull up to 20 lbs. and lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment with moderate to high noise levels and work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
