Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machining centers.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints.

• Proficient use of measurement gages (dial indicators, calipers, mics).
• Ability to set up and deburr parts with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce fan hubs, bearing housings, and similar components.
• Inspect parts for conformance to drawings using gages and measurement tools.
• Make offset adjustments to compensate for tool wear and maintain tolerances.
• Safely lift and handle parts up to 40 lb and operate cranes as required.
• Follow routing sheets and print instructions during production runs.
