Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes and mills.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using precision measuring tools. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company and OSHA safety standards.
• Document production data and machine performance as required.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
