Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines.
• Perform production and in-process inspection of machined parts.
• Select cutting tools and accessories for each job.
• Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM to ensure tolerances.
• Maintain records of time, quantity, and scrap in EPICOR.
• Read layouts/blueprints including Geometric Tolerancing.
• Inspect machines for needed repairs and perform minor repairs.
• Keep workspace clean and safe and comply with safety standards.
