Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. in Medina, OH is seeking a CNC Machine Tool Sales Engineer to drive full-cycle sales in Northern Ohio.

You will partner with internal teams and suppliers to deliver CNC metal cutting solutions to manufacturers across industries such as medical, aerospace, tooling and automotive. The role focuses on selling Tsugami, Index, WIA, Murata, YCM and Makino machines (including Wire and Sinker EDMs), building relationships, generating quotations, leading demonstrations, and entering

Qualifications

• Strong passion for the sales process from discovery to closing stages.
• Technical background in tool, die and production machining with CNC machines.
• Professional communication and presentation skills.
• Industrial sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, prospects, and suppliers.
• Generate opportunities for quotation by providing continuous support and recommendations.
• Lead projects, demonstrations, and events to ensure timely completion and resource prioritization.
• Prepare and present machine solutions for customer-specific applications.
• Enter activity into the CRM system (Salesforce.com).
• Develop deep knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines.
